This set contains five different varieties of infused honey:

Vanilla Bean Infused Creamed Honey: We’ve infused pure summer honey with specks of Madagascar vanilla beans and blended it to create a smooth honey perfect for spreading. Creamed honey contains small crystals that melt on the tongue with a candy-like flavor and smooth creamy consistency. Vanilla bean infused honey is perfect for your morning toast or in your coffee.

Cocoa Creamed Honey: We’ve infused pure summer honey with raw organic cacao powder and pulverized organic cacao nibs to bring you a rich chocolatey creamed honey. Cocoa beans are dried after harvesting, then fermented and cracked to produce small, dark bits called cacao nibs. We pulverize these nibs and blend them with creamed honey to produce a thick honey spread that is delicious on toast, or eaten by the spoonful as a decadent snack.

Ginger Lime Infused Honey: We’ve infused pure raw summer honey with freshly grated organic lime zest and organic fresh ginger to create the perfect balance of ginger and lime in a sweet mild honey. The end result is a deliciously spicy, warm, yet zesty citrus flavor.

Cardamom Citrus Infused Honey: We’ve infused pure raw summer honey with freshly grated organic lemon zest and pulverized green cardamom pods to create the perfect balance of cardamom and citrus in a sweet mild honey. The end result is a deliciously sweet, pungent flavor and aroma, with elements of lemon and mint.

Coffee Infused Honey: We’ve infused pure summer honey with freshly roasted coffee beans to bring you a rich flavored honey with earthy chocolate tones. The coffee we chose for this infusion is Brazil Dry Process Araponga, which features notes of berry, dehydrated fruit and a roasted nut finish. We roasted it ourselves and infused it in small batches, so the infused honey you receive will feature freshly roasted coffee.
